Search Underway for Missing 29-Year-Old Last Seen in South Amboy

SOUTH AMBOY, NJ — Authorities are asking for the public’s help locating Artemio Vazquez-Alvarez, a 29-year-old man who was reported missing after last being seen by family members on March 11.
According to information released by the South Amboy Police Department, Vazquez-Alvarez has not been heard from since that time, and officials are urging anyone who may have information about his whereabouts to come forward.
Police provided the following description:
- Age: 29
- Sex: Male
- Height: 5’2″
- Weight: 130 pounds
- Build: Slim
- Eyes: Brown
- Hair: Black
- Race: Hispanic
- Clothing: Unknown
Authorities say anyone with information about Vazquez-Alvarez’s location is asked to contact the South Amboy Police Department at 732-721-0111.
