Sayreville Resident Seeks Help to Find Lost Cat “Bubby”

SAYREVILLE, NJ – A local pet owner is asking the community’s help in locating his beloved cat, Bubby, who has gone missing from his PineTree Drive home. According to owner Joe Nazaro, Bubby is an indoor Himalayan cat with a distinctive flat face, mostly white with hints of orange and cream markings.

Bubby has never been outside before, which means he is likely frightened and may be hiding nearby. Nazaro is asking anyone who spots him to reach out immediately and is offering a $1,000 cash reward for Bubby’s safe return or for information that leads to finding him.

Nazaro encourages people to check their yards, garages, and sheds. “He’s a sweet indoor cat, so he could be hiding anywhere he feels safe,” he said.

If you have seen Bubby or have any information, Nazaro can be reached at 732-379-0423. Residents are also encouraged to share tips through local Facebook groups or contact the Sayreville Insider so the word can reach as many people as possible.

Community members are urged to be on the lookout and act quickly, as indoor cats unfamiliar with the outdoors can become easily stressed and disoriented. Every small lead could help bring Bubby safely back home.
