‘Rocky’ Is Coming To Kennedy Park For Sayreville Italian Festival

SAYREVILLE, NJ — Italian food, music, boxing and one of the most recognizable movies in film history are coming together for a special night at Kennedy Park.
The Cultural Arts of Sayreville will host an Italian Festival featuring an outdoor screening of “Rocky” on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The event will include Italian music and food, along with desserts and a café-style setting.
A boxing expo is also planned as part of the evening.
🎬 ‘Rocky’ Takes Over Kennedy Park
The movie screening is part of Sayreville Cultural Arts’ 2026 schedule of community entertainment. The organization previously announced the Sept. 12 event as a celebration of the 50th anniversary of “Rocky.”
The Italian-themed evening follows a summer of Cultural Arts events that has included outdoor movies, live music and tribute performances around the borough.
